Connecticut Gov. Malloy meets with Vice President Biden
Gov. Dannel P. Malloy met with Vice President Joe Biden in the vice president’s office in the White House to discuss gun violence prevention, according to a release.

Malloy
also is scheduled will be a featured speaker Sunday at the U.S. Conference of Mayors Winter Meeting. He is expected to speak on Connecticut’s education reform initiatives, the release said.

Monday is scheduled to attend President Barack Obama’s inauguration ceremony, followed by the
inaugural parade, the release said.
