Response from Malloy administration on "the will of the people"

“Information relating to state vendors has always been publicly available under our freedom of information laws. The names, addresses and payment information relating to state vendors, such as personal care attendants, cannot be withheld. In fact, every year the Yankee Institute requests it, and republishes it on an online database.As background, Doba offers the following link:
