Office of Policy and Management report on Connecticut debt
Per the office of Governor Dannel P. Malloy, he today received a report from Office of Policy and Management Secretary Benjamin Barnes "that shows overall state debt has been reduced by 15% over the last three years, or $11.6 billion."
