Blumenthal asks FDA why 'agency failed to regulate Med Prep Consulting Inc.'
U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., today said in a statement that he sent a "letter to (the) FDA asking why agency failed to regulate compounding pharmacy that manufactured contaminated drugs"
